This Granko tiramisu is a creamy, fluffy, and incredibly easy no-bake dessert that both kids and adults will love. 🤎 Instead of the traditional coffee flavor, the ladyfingers are soaked in warm cocoa made with milk and Granko, making this a sweeter and more chocolatey version of classic tiramisu.
Ingredients:
Mascarpone cream:
- 500 g mascarpone
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 6 tbsp Granko
Whipped cream:
- 500 ml whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 packet whipped cream stabilizer
Cocoa mixture:
- 200 ml milk
- 3 tbsp Granko
For layering:
- 32 ladyfingers
- Granko, for sprinkling between the layers and on top

The mascarpone cream is combined with whipped cream and plenty of Granko, so it’s beautifully light while still having a rich chocolate flavor. And the best part? You don’t need to bake anything – simply layer everything together and let the fridge do the rest.
This dessert is even better when prepared the day before serving. The ladyfingers have enough time to soften, the cream sets beautifully, and all the chocolate flavors come together into a creamy dessert that almost melts in your mouth.
