Quick lunch: sweet and sour tofu
My love for tofu is … unconditional. You can use tofu in so many ways, cook it, fry it, eat it uncooked. I prepared this delicious dish with some help of sweet and sour sauce.
so what you have to do is…
- Cook veggies: tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, beans, pea, corn. After few minutes add cubes of tofu. (2 packages of tofu!)
- Marinade: tablespoons- 1/2 cornstarch, 2 soy sauce, 2 sweeet and sour sauce, 4 water, 1 sugar, sesame seeds, 1/2 sesame oil, 1 tbsp ginger powder, salt.
- Pour everything on the pan with veggies and tofu and cook for 8 minutes.

Povarte zeleninu: paradajky, cibuľa, paprika, fazuľa, hrášok, kukurica. Po niekoľkých minútach pridajte kocky tofu. (2 balenia tofu!)
Marináda: polievkové lyžice – 1/2 kukuričného škrobu, 2 sójové omáčky, 2 sladkokyslej omáčky, 4 voda, 1 cukor, sezamové semiačka, 1/2 sezamového oleja, 1 polievková lyžica zázvorového prášku, soľ.
Všetko vylejte na panvicu so zeleninou a tofu a všetko spolu povarte 8 minút. Dobru chut
