Cookies With Peanut Butter surprised me with their taste. They are amazing – crispy on the outside but still soft on the inside. Chocolate chip cookies are always a good choice, but they still taste better with a big spoon of peanut butter added to the dough. This recipe is SO simple and what is the best part – no refrigerating is needed!
Ingredients:
- 290 g cake flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 130 g peanut butter
- 175 g unsalted butter
- 200 g brown sugar
- 1 egg room temp
- 1 egg yolk room temp
- 2 tsps vanilla extract
- 200 g chocolate chips

These cookies are fire. I am not saying they can cure depression, but they have a huge potential to put you into a good mood. Cookies with peanut butter go well with a glass of milk (if you’re that person) or with a cup of coffee. And if peanut butter cookies complement vanilla ice cream – go F-O-R it.
These cookies with peanut butter were on my list for ages. I did so many cookie recipes – Sea Salt Cookies With Salted Caramel, Dark Red Velvet Cookies With Melting Chocolate, Brownie Cookies – but these are on top of this game. I think we just found the MVP of my Cookies Ligue. Congratulations!

What makes them the best cookies so far?
I could say something simple like – because I said so. But no, these cookies with peanut butter really have the potential to amaze you. The brown sugar caramelized the cookie, so it’s nicely crispy with a light taste of caramel. They save you SO MUCH time because once the dough is ready, you can put them into the oven.
And the peanut butter part, OMG. For me, someone who would die for a jar of peanut butter, it didn’t take long till they rocked my world. You can make 12 cookies from this batch and I assure you, that they won’t last long. I mean – you’re gonna eat them. Nonstop.
They taste like a piece of heaven mixed with Reese’s cups. Chocolate chips are perfectly melting in the mount, peanut butter is working its magic, and on top of that – they’re crispy on the bottom. WHAAAATTT? Yes.

How to make Cookies With Peanut Butter:
Preheat the oven to 165°C. Prepare a baking sheet with baking paper.
In a large mixing bowl beat the butter with brown sugar until it’s soft and foamy.
Add in egg, egg yolk, vanilla extract, and peanut butter. Mix until well combined.
Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet until everything comes together. Fold in the chocolate. Do not over-mix!
Make 90 g balls and put 5 of them on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top gets gold.
Take the cookies out of the oven and let cool for 15 minutes on the baking sheet.
