Easter Brownies With White Chocolate Cream is one of the easiest easter recipes you can find on my blog. What is better than a one-pan dessert? Maybe adding a white chocolate cream made from the condensed milk? This dessert has that as well. Give it a try and taste so far one of the BEST brownies I’ve ever made.
Ingredients:
White Chocolate Fudge
- 200 g condensed milk
- 200 g white chocolate
Chocolate Brownies
- 200 g dark cooking chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 1 egg white
- 200 g unsalted butter
- 200 g brown sugar
- 70 g regular sugar
- 260 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 packages of chopped chocolate eggs

These brownies will be in my top 5 for sure. I read many positive things about the chocolate fudge made out of chocolate and condensed milk. So I gave it a try in my new brownie recipe and the outcome was STUNNING!

fudgy or cakey ?
I would say these brownies are more on the fudgy side. They aren’t super moist, the top is kind of dry (in a good way). What makes them moist and fudgy is undercooked batter and fudgy white chocolate fudge, that is added in between layers of brownie batter.
Originally, I wanted them to be very very soft with a nice layer of white chocolate cream. This process failed me but I didn’t want to trash them out, a huge batch of Easter brownies. I let them cool and was ready to just give them away to my family members.
I tried just a little piece, and let me tell you, there was NOTHING WRONG with them. Fudgy, moist, kinda crispy.. they were everything (just with no layers but at this point who gives a fuck, right?). They were delicious.

Easter Brownies With White Chocolate Cream
Ingredients
White Chocolate Fudge
- 200 g condensed milk
- 200 g white chocolate
Chocolate brownies
- 200 g dark cooking chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 1 egg white
- 200 g unsalted butter
- 200 g brown sugar
- 70 g regular sugar
- 260 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 packages of chopped chocolate eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170°C. Prepare a small baking sheet with a baking paper.
- Start by melting the condensed milk with white chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds on on the stove until the white chocolate is completely melted. Let cool.
- Now melt the cooking dark chocolate with butter the same way and let cool. Continue by whisking the eggs and egg white with sugars until creamy.
- Pour the melted dark chocolate into the bowl with eggs and sugar. In another bowl mix flour and baking powder. Add flour into the chocolate mix. Mix well.
- Pour the ½of the chocolate batter into the baking sheet. Add the melted condensed milk on top. Cover with the rest of the chocolate batter.
- Bake for 10 minutes and then take the dessert out of the oven. Add some crushed chocolate eggs on top and let bake for another 30-35 minutes.
- Once the dessert is baked – let cool on the baking sheet for at least 20 minutes. I recommend cutting the dessert after a few hours when completely cool.
