Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare a loaf baking tin.
In a bowl mix together eggs, oil, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk well until the eggs are well combined.
Add sugar and whisk again for 1 minute.
Pour a warm ½ cup of strong black tea. Mix well.
Now add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until the flour disappears. Do not over-mix!
Line a baking paper over the baking loaf tin. Pour a batter into the tin and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean. Take the cake out of the oven and brush it with extra honey while it's still hot.
I took the cake out of the tin after 20 minutes. Then let it cool completely. I swear the taste of it is even better on a second day. Enjoy!
