How to prepare a tzatziki baguette with salmon:
Squeeze the shredded cucumber to remove excess moisture. Transfer the squeezed cucumber to a bowl. Add greek yoghurt, salt, pepper, grated garlic, olive oil, dill, and lemon juice. Give it a good stir and keep it in the fridge for at least an hour. If you are busy, give it 20 minutes.
Cut the baguette in half. Spread a thick layer of butter over it and fry until crispy (for 2 minutes on high heat). Take the baguette out of the pan.
Add shredded parmesan cheese on top. Put leaves of baby spinach, avocado, tomato slices, salmon, and basil leaves on it.
In the end, add a generous portion of tzatziki on top. Cut in half and enjoy!
