A quick recipe for the easiest cherry strudel. It’s super simple – you will need puff pastry, cherries and instant no-cooking pudding. Delicious. It can be done in 30 minutes – baking included.

Ingredients:
- 300 g puff pastry
- 30 g instant pudding ALLNUTRITION
- 175 ml hot water
- 300 g cherries (frozen)
- 12 g vanilla sugar
- 1 egg for eggwash
The easiest cherry strudel you can find on the Internet – at least that’s what I think. This recipe is great for people who don’t usually bake or like complicated desserts. You can buy the puff pastry at the store, get an instant no-cook pudding and frozen fruit. That’s all.

Preheat the oven to 180℃. Prepare a baking sheet that fits a strudel.
Prepare a bowl with instant pudding. Prepare the pudding due to the instructions on its package. For Allnutrition pudding you will need 175 ml hot water and 30 g of pudding. Stir it for 2 minutes and you get a nice thick vanilla pudding. Add cherries and fold them in.
Roll out the puff pastry. Add the pudding with cherries on one side of the puff pastry. Lift the other side and fold over the filling. Pinch down the sides, wash with an egg and sprinkle a generous amount of vanilla sugar over the top. Bake for 20-27 minutes.
Take the strudel out of the oven and let cool completely.
