One Pan Orecchiette Pasta is a delicious lunch or dinner for people who like affordable and delicious pasta meals. It’s super easy, creamy and cheesy. A quick orecchiette pasta recipe for you!
Ingredients:
- 200 g Orecchiette pasta
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 5 tomatoes
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅓ tsp black pepper
- 40 g parmesan cheese
- 250 g mozzarella cheese
- a handful of fresh basil leaves
- 100 ml heavy cream
This One Pan Orecchiette Pasta is delicious. I made it a few months ago for the first time and my family loved it. It’s easy to make, and simple to follow. The fresh basil adds more flavour.
If you are a fan of tomato pasta with garlic and CHEESE (omg, so much cheese), YOU GONNA LOVE THIS!
HOW TO MAKE One Pan Orecchiette Pasta:
Cook pasta al dente. Set aside.
Heat up the oil in the pan – not too hot! Add cloves of garlic and basil leaves. After 1 minute add chopped tomatoes. Dice the tomatoes on medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Cook for 2 extra minutes.
Add chunks of mozzarella cheese. After that, add pasta. Pour heavy cream over the pasta and cover with a lid. Cook while stirring occasionally for 4 minutes.
When the pasta is fully cooked, uncover the pan. Taste the sauce and add more salt and pepper when needed. Add parmesan cheese on top (and add more cheese if needed!).
