Fresh Peach Crumble Vegan is a fresh dessert that has to be served with a scoop of ice cream. This peach crumble is extremely sweet so I recommend using it as a topping for your favorite vanilla ice cream. Or with a slice of plain vanilla cake. This Peach Crumble is also vegan – and that was not my intention. Enjoy!

Vegan peach crumble from fresh peaches is a summer fairytale. I must admit, I made it too sweet. Like you could die from sweetness poisoning (if that’s even a thing). I used my mum’s crumble recipe and I thought it would bake like a cake mixture, forgetting this crumble recipe is just a topping for cakes.
Ups. I immediately wanted to throw it away but to my surprise – other family members liked it. And finished the whole thing. So, I came to conclusion – this can be a perfect peach crumble topping for ice cream.
Or, use less crumble mixture and oats on top, and you get a perfect easy peach crumble with oats. Follow the instruction of the recipe and you get the right version of the vegan peach crumble.

MY TIPS FOR AN EASY PEACH CRUMBLE RECIPE:
- Fresh peaches: I haven’t tried frozen peaches for this recipe so I cannot say if the recipe will come out great.
- Less sugar is more: as I said many times before, this easy peach crumble is very sweet so I recommend using less sugar. Also, it depends on how sweet your peaches are as well. Follow the recipe instructions.
- Oats: if you have any experience with granola, make your own granola on top of the peach crumble. Use the right amount of honey/maple syrup, so they stick the oats and nuts together.
- A deep bowl: use a heatproof bowl you can put into the oven. The peaches are very juicy so leave enough space for them to bake.
HOW TO MAKE FRESH PEACH CRUMBLE:
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Prepare a deep heatproof bowl that can go into the oven.
Slice up the peaches and mix them with sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Make sure the spices are everywhere. Pour the peaches into the bowl and bake for 20 minutes.
In the meantime prepare a crumble mixture. Add flour, oil, and sugar into the bowl and mix well with a fork. The mixture should crumble, so add ingredients until it’s perfect. I recommend using a very small amount of crumble mixture on the peaches – the dessert is very sweet.
In another bowl prepare oats. Mix oats, cinnamon, maple syrup or honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and nuts. You can add more honey or maple syrup so they stick together.
When you take the baked peaches out of the oven, sprinkle a little amount of crumble mixture over them with chunks of oats. Bake for another 20 – 35 minutes. Check on the dessert if the oats or crumble aren’t getting too brown.
Take the peach crumble out of the oven and let cool. Serve with ice cream.

Notes
- for the crumble: the peach crumble is very sweet, so I recommend adding just a small amount of the actual crumble mixture (oil, flour, sugar). Just sprinkle a few chunks over the baked peaches.
- for the oats: they get burned easily, so again, use less on top and enjoy the peaches more
