Chocolate topping
- 150 g melted milk chocolate
- spooky candy on top
Autumn chocolate cake for Halloween can be baked for any occasion – Halloween, a chill evening with friends, birthdays or just for you, a person who craves some chocolate. I love baking this sheet cake for Halloween when you can get spooky candy and make a masterpiece from a regular chocolate sheet cake.
To make this sheet cake extra, I added lumps of Allnutrition choco jelly that melt in the oven and are still runny after the cake is fully baked and done. It’s delicious! You can use my code “mykhailaeats” for a significant discount.
How to make this extra awesome:
- use a good chocolate on top – that tastes GREAT
- buy EXTRA spooky Halloween candy
- if you want to make this cake ASAP but don’t have Allnutrition choco jelly, make a regular chocolate pudding or just ignore this step (but the choco jelly is delicious and melts in your mouth)
- use a basic big baking sheet – I think it has a great ratio of cake and chocolate part
- mix all ingredients in a big bowl until there are no lumps
- use room temperature ingredients
How to make Autumn Chocolate Cake for Halloween:
Preheat the oven to 170℃. Prepare a baking tin (a classic big sheet baking tin) with baking paper on top.
The best thing- throw all the room-temperature ingredients into a bowl and mix until there are no lumps.
Pour the batter into the baking tin and add the lumps of Allnutrition Choco jelly on top or add chunks of regular chocolate pudding and bake for 25-35 minutes. Bake until the toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake cool completely. In the meantime melt the milk chocolate or any chocolate you like and let it cool until it’s still runny but not hot. Add some chocolate on top of the cake and sprinkle some spooky candy over it. Enjoy!
