Blueberry Sweet Rolls are juicy, soft and full of delicious blueberry jam. Doughty rolls are made out of vanilla sugar and dried yeast with only 1 hour of rising under the blanket. These blueberry rolls stay perfectly soft for three days.

Blueberry Sweet Rolls are amazing. They are incredibly juicy, and soft and smell like blueberry paradise. This buttery dough swirled with thick blueberry jam needs only one hour of rising under the blanket. You don’t even need fresh yeast!
HOW TO MAKE THE BEST BLUEBERRY SWEET ROLLS:
- use thick blueberry jam – I love using thick jams for fruit rolls because they don’t end up dry. If you want juicy blueberry sweet rolls, use ALLNUTRITION Frulove In Jelly Blueberry. It’s sweet (kinda creamy but in a GOOD WAY) and smells also like vanilla. Strange, but amazing! You can also use my code “MYKHAILAEATS” for a special price.
- roll them up tightly – if you want the blueberry sweet rolls to be the same size, roll the dough tightly and make sure it’s rolled up properly.
- use a lot of butter and brown sugar – I think this is the best part, besides the blueberry jam. Grease a deep baking tray with melted butter and sprinkle with a LOT of brown sugar. It caramelizes in the oven and adds extra sweetness to the edges of the blueberry sweet rolls.
- use dried yeast – just buy regular dried yeast for the easiest workflow.
HOW TO MAKE BLUEBERRY SWEET ROLLS:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare a deep baking tray greased with butter and sprinkled with brown sugar.
In a saucepan heat the milk until the bubbles on the sides appear. Add butter and let melt. Set aside. It should be lukewarm.
Combine flour (300 g), dried yeast, and sugar in a bowl with a dough hook. Mix on slow speed. Add egg and mix until sticky.
Add the rest of the flour (90 g) and scrap the sides of the bowl. Mix for a few minutes until the dough is formed. Take it out on the floured surface and knead it to the form of the ball.
Add a splash of oil into the bowl, put the ball of dough into it and cover it with a blanket. Let rise in the warm space for 1 hour.
Filling
Melt the butter and add brown sugar. Give it a good stir.
Take a dough doubled in size on the floured surface. Roll the dough and brush with melted butter and brown sugar. Add a generous amount of ALLNUTRITION Frulove In Jelly Blueberry (blueberry jam) and brush it over the rolled dough. Tightly roll up the dough and cut it into 9-12 pieces. Put it into the baking tray and cover it with a kitchen towel. Let rest for 30 minutes.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops get a little brown. Turn off the oven and let it open. Let the blueberry rolls in there for another 10 minutes (you can also take them out but I like leaving them there for extra minutes).
Let cool completely.
