Oat Chocolate Truffles Homemade

An easy recipe for Oat chocolate truffles homemade.

Ingredients
  

  • 180 g butter room temp
  • 120 g sugar
  • 300 g oats
  • 6 tbsps cocoa powder
  • 1 small strong espresso or 1 ½ tbsp of coffee powder cold
  • 2 tbsps ALLNUTRITION FRULOVE CHOCO IN JELLY CHERRY

Toppings

  • melted white chocolate
  • melted milk chocolate
  • shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • I prefer using fine oats but if you only have regular ones, give them a spin in a food processor.

Food processor

  • In a food processor mix all the ingredients on high speed until creamy consistency. Put the mixture in the fridge for an hour.
  • Form balls and put them in the fridge or the freezer for at least an hour. Add toppings and leave them in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Electric mixer

  • If you are using an electric mixer, mix butter with sugar first until creamy. Then add an espresso coffee, FRULOVE CHOCO IN JELLY CHERRY, and cocoa powder. In the end, add oats and mix well.
