Pumpkin Pies With Apples are crispy on the edges, soft and sweet. Pumpkin-shaped pies are filled with cinnamon apples that smell and taste just amazing.

Pumpkin pies with apples are super easy, fun and creative. They smell like cinnamon, warm and sticky apples. Just a chef’s kiss. I recommend using Fabio apples in the jair – they’re already mixed with cinnamon and there is no need to cook them.
HOW TO MAKE PUMPKIN PIES WITH APPLES:
In a bowl, mix flour, vanilla sugar, spices and cold butter just using your fingers. Press down the ingredients with your fingers until it has a consistency of flour. The goal is to make a sticky dough close to cookie dough. If the consistency of it is too dry, add tablespoons of cold water.
When you make a ball out of these ingredients, keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180℃.
Roll out the dough on the floured surface and cut it into the shape of the pumpkin, using a knife. You can also use paper and scissors.
Put one pumpkin in the baking tin with baking paper on it. Add a tablespoon of Fabio apples in the middle of one pumpkin and cut some eyes and mouth into the other pumpkin. Put it on top of apples and press down the edges with a fork. Use egg wash and sprinkle some brown sugar over it. Bake for 20-25 minutes – until it’s golden.
