Cherry cheesecake is a very simple cheesecake with mascarpone cream that doesn’t need an oven. You need to keep it in the fridge for a few hours to experience the true deliciousness of this cake. Cherry cheesecake is light, have this touch of caramel thanks to caramel butter cookies.
This is a recipe for small cake pan.
LET’S JUMP TO THE RECIPE
Crust:
250 g crackers
140 g melted butter
salt
* mix together and pour into a cake pan
* use a glass to push the crumbs
Filling:
400 g whipping cream
20 g vanilla sugar
2x dr.oetker cream fix
* whip everything together until creamy (do not overmix)
the second bowl:
250 g mascarpone
2 tsp vanilla extract
150 g icing sugar
* mix together until smooth
* then fold in the whipped cream with spatula
Topping:
I poured vanilla syrup on cherries for extra flavor (you don’t have to)
Keep in the fridge for at least 5 hours or overnight. Enjoy xx

Okraj:
250 g maslovych susienok
140 g rozpusteného masla
soľ
* zmiešame dokopy a nalejeme do tortovej formy
* pomocou pohára zatlačte omrvinky az po vrch
Náplň:
400 g smotany na šľahanie
20 g vanilkového cukru
2x smetafix
* všetko spolu šľahajte do krémova (pozor aby ste slahacku nepremiesali )
v druhej miske:
250 g mascarpone
2 lyžičky vanilkového extraktu
150 g praskoveho cukru
* zmiešajte dokopy dohladka
* potom spatulou pridajte šľahačku
Vrch:
Na višne som naliala vanilkový sirup pre extra chuť (nemusíte)
Uchovávajte v chladničke najmenej 5 hodín alebo cez noc. Dobru chut 🤍
