Ingredients:
- 1 kg boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- a few cubes of butter
- 2 tbsps paprika powder
- 2 tsps salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsps oregano powder

- 2 tbsps honey
- 2 tsps salt
The recipe for paprika chicken with salted honey is effortless. You need a good quality chicken breast or thighs (it depends on how juicy and well-fried you prefer your meat). This recipe for paprika chicken is one of the easiest meat recipes I’ve ever done. It’s quick, tasty, and has this beautiful salted honey glaze that caramelizes on the hot pan.
RECIPE FOR PAPRIKA CHICKEN WITH SALTED HONEY:
Wash the chicken breasts and pat dry. Cut it into thick slices and season every slice on each side. Use olive oil, paprika powder, black pepper, salt, and oregano. Use more paprika powder than usual.
Let the chicken breasts sit with seasoning for 15 minutes. Then fry it in a minimum amount of oil/butter cubes until the meat is easy to cut with just a fork.
Salted honey glaze
Take a teaspoon of honey and spread it over the fried chicken. Sprinkle over some salt and fry for a minute. Then flip the chicken and let fry for another 2 minutes.
Take the meat out of the pan and serve it with a salad.
My tips for the best recipe for paprika chicken:
- you need to use a bit more paprika powder
- you can add 2 tsp of chilli powder (or hot paprika powder)
- for better taste fry in a small amount of oil first, and after flipping the chicken, add butter cubes. Once the butter melts, cover slices of chicken in butter from the pan with a spoon.
- use a little amount of honey for the glaze and a pinch of salt on top. Pour honey only over one side of the chicken slice. Then flip the chicken slice and fry.
