Preheat the oven to 170°C. Prepare a baking sheet that fits 5 small baguettes.
In a food processor whip until creamy all the ingredients for homemade herbal butter - butter, basil, spice and spices. Whip until creamy and fluffy.
Cut the baguette in half lengthwise. Cover the middle in homemade whipped butter and put a few leaves of spinach on butter. Add a few slices of chorizo and tomatoes. Cover with enough mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 5 minutes, add more cheese and bake for another 10 minutes. Take them out and let them cool until they're warm enough to eat. It shouldn't take long.
