Parmesan Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg small potatoes
  • 5 tbsps olive oil
  • a handful of chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Prepare a baking tray.
  • Wash the potatoes and cut them in half before baking. Put them into a bowl and season with olive oil, black pepper, and a generous amount of salt, and chopped parsley. Make sure they're well-seasoned on each side.
  • Take a baking tray. Pour some olive oil over it, season with salt and chili flakes. Sprinkle over it 100 g of parmesan cheese. Press the potatoes with a cut size into the cheese. Cover them with the rest of parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes - until the potatoes are soft.
  • Take them out of the oven and let cool.
