40gmelted butter
brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare a deep baking tray greased with butter and sprinkled with brown sugar.
In a saucepan heat the milk until the bubbles on the sides appear. Add butter and let melt. Set aside. It should be lukewarm.
In a bowl with a dough hook, combine flour (300 g), dried yeast, and sugar. Mix on slow speed. Add egg and mix until sticky.
Add the rest of the flour (90 g) and scrap the sides of the bowl. Mix for a few minutes until the dough is formed. Take it out on the floured surface and knead it to the form of the ball.
Add a splash of oil into the bowl, put the ball of dough into it and cover it with a blanket. Let rise in the warm space for 1 hour.
Filling
Melt the butter and add brown sugar. Give it a good stir.
Take a dough doubled in size on the floured surface. Roll the dough and brush with melted butter and brown sugar. Add a generous amount of ALLNUTRITION Frulove In Jelly Blueberry (blueberry jam) and brush it over the rolled dough. Tightly roll up the dough and cut into 9-12 pieces. Put it into the baking tray and cover it with a kitchen towel. Let rest for 30 minutes.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops get a little brown. Turn off the oven and let it open. Let the blueberry rolls in there for another 10 minutes (you can also take them out but I like leaving them there for extra minutes).
