Recipe For Paprika Chicken With Salted Honey

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • a few cubes of butter
  • 2 tbsps paprika powder
  • 2 tsps salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsps oregano powder

Salted honey glaze

  • 2 tbsps honey
  • 2 tsps salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash the chicken breasts and pat dry. Cut it into thick slices and season every slice on each side. Use olive oil, paprika powder, black pepper, salt, and oregano. Use more paprika powder than usual.
  • Let the chicken breasts sit with seasoning for 15 minutes. Then fry it in a minimum amount of oil/butter cubes until done - when the meat is easy to cut with just a fork.

Salted honey glaze

  • Take a teaspoon of honey and spread it over the fried chicken. Sprinkle over some salt and fry for a minute. Then flip the chicken and let fry for another 2 minutes.
  • Take the meat out of the pan and serve with a salad.
