Homemade Peanut Butter Cups Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g milk chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 6 tbsps icing sugar
  • 300 g smooth peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a muffin tin and paper cups.
  • In a bowl melt the milk chocolate over the boiling water. Let melt and cool completely.
  • Pour half of the melted milk chocolate into the cups. Put the muffin tin in the fridge or freezer. Wait until the surface of the chocolate is harder and not melted - 15 minutes.
  • In another bowl, whip smoothes peanut butter with coconut oil and icing sugar until creamy and smooth. Add the peanut butter mixture on top of the milk chocolate (⅓ or ½ of the tablespoon). Press the mixture down. Cover the peanut butter cups with the rest of the melted chocolate. Put in the fridge for another hour.
