Ingredients

Pudding

  • 2 packages lemon grass pudding powders 2 x 38 g
  • 1 package lemon pudding powder 38 g
  • 1 ½ l semi-fat milk
  • 4 tbsps regular white sugar
  • juice from 1 lime
  • icing sugar on the top
  • slices of lime on the top

Crust

  • 135 g butter
  • 300 g butter - graham crackers

Instructions

  • Prepare a baking sheet of 33 x 20 cm. Make sure it's deep enough, and you can get it into the fridge.
  • Crush the butter - graham crackers in the food processor until the crumbs are very fine. Mix them with butter and push them into the baking sheet with a spoon. The consistency should be sticky but not too greasy. Keep the baking sheet in the fridge.
  • In one pot get the milk cooking. Make the puddings in one pot - cook them by following the instructions on the packages.
  • Let the pudding cool for 1 hour by stirring occasionally (it must still be runny). Then pour the pudding over the butter crust. Make sure the surface is clean and flat with no bubbles.
  • When the pudding is fully cool, keep it in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Then cut the dessert into squares or the shape of the bars. Sprinkle with icing sugar (or regular white sugar if you don't mind the crunch) before serving.
