Easter Brownies With White Chocolate Cream

A recipe for a chocolate dessert that looks and tastes like the heaven.

Ingredients
  

White Chocolate Fudge

  • 200 g condensed milk
  • 200 g white chocolate

Chocolate brownies

  • 200 g dark cooking chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • 200 g unsalted butter
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 70 g regular sugar
  • 260 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 packages of chopped chocolate eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 170°C. Prepare a small baking sheet with a baking paper.
  • Start by melting the condensed milk with white chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds on on the stove until the white chocolate is completely melted. Let cool.
  • Now melt the cooking dark chocolate with butter the same way and let cool. Continue by whisking the eggs and egg white with sugars until creamy.
  • Pour the melted dark chocolate into the bowl with eggs and sugar. In another bowl mix flour and baking powder. Add flour into the chocolate mix. Mix well.
  • Pour the ½of the chocolate batter into the baking sheet. Add the melted condensed milk on top. Cover with the rest of the chocolate batter.
  • Bake for 10 minutes and then take the dessert out of the oven. Add some crushed chocolate eggs on top and let bake for another 30-35 minutes.
  • Once the dessert is baked - let cool on the baking sheet for at least 20 minutes. I recommend cutting the dessert after a few hours when completely cool.
